The Liverpool Health and Academic Precinct (LHAP) is a $790 million redevelopment of Liverpool Hospital.  Resulting with expanded clinical & medical services, research and education sectors with public spaces & car parking.  

 

LHAP redevelopment includes 900 new maternity and paediatric beds, an expanded emergency department and increased the capacity of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. It will feature a new Integrated Cancer Centre, facilities for teaching and research and upsize existing radiology, haematology, aged care and rehabilitation capabilities.

 

Although the project is still under construction, Unison have supplied a total of 1462 metres of a variety of expansion joint systems.  Consisting of seismic floor, wall, ceiling, roof and façade movement joint covers, including fire barrier seals for slabs and walls. Our fire seals are tested and certified to AS 1530.4, AS 4072.1 & BS 476.2

During the last 23 years of manufacturing, supplying and installing expansion joints in over 100 hospitals is a significant accomplishment.  This demonstrates to our customers the reliability and quality of our products and services.
