897 metres of expansion joints have been installed as part of the refurbishment of a six-level primary school building. The $223.5 million project featured our PyI fire-rated wall strips—designed and manufactured in our Brisbane factory. These intumescent seals are tested and certified to meet AS 1530.4 and BS 476 standards, ensuring compliance & safety.  In addition, seismic wall joint systems have been supplied to accommodate building movement and enhance long-term structural resilience.
