Aquo P®: This specially formulated polyethylene foam waterseal expansion joint is certified in conformance with AS/NZS 4020:2018 Contact with Drinking Water Test. Where traditional waterseals leak (at junctions and upturns), Aquo P® uses simple, quality welding technology. Aquo P® has UV inhibitors for longevity and when correctly installed the system provides a 100% waterproof expansion joint seal. The Aquo P® Plug has been tested under a 10 metre head of water and requires no backing in the form of caulking or similar to support its pressure restraint. Aquo P® also provides pressure resistance bidirectionally. It is ideal for water holding facilities and replacing problematic glands on expansion joints in swimming pools. Aquo P® is manufactured and cut-to-size from sheets of specially formulated foam. The process is carried out at Unison’s Brisbane facility where the sheets are stocked. Lead times are dramatically improved against extruded seals, as size variants are not required.

Continuous load bearing pad used in concrete corbel joints. AccS joints are manufactured from load-rated neoprene strips, laminated with slip-resistance material and applied to a metal surface. AccS slip joint assemblies are bonded to the bearing slab before concrete is poured over. Polystyrene creates a void which allows movement to occur without binding.

The ByNF cover plate, serves as a sturdy platform, over the AqP seal. AqP has successfully waterproof gaps in movement joints for over 24 years. Engineered to withstand the conditions of high-traffic areas and sloped surfaces. The ByNF system accommodates multi-directional movement, including differential vertical motion, ensuring durability and functionality.

The ByNAF, a sub-category of the ByNF system, offers the same horizontal movement capabilities but can be used independently of the AqP water seal.

Expansion joint cover plate , anodised aluminium or stainless steel suitable for floor, wall, and ceiling applications. Plates can be customized to client specifications, including hole sizes, spacing, and laser-cut slots. Cover plate size from 50mm to 300mm. 8 mm heavy duty is an option.

Our expansion joint plates feature a low-profile design, making them ideal for retrofit applications or surface mounting. Standard plates are available with a P3 slip resistance rating, while bead-blasted options provide an enhanced P5 slip resistance rating.
